Grip-Lok Retention Gasket
Overview
The GRIP-LOK Gasket is for use in AS2280 Ductile Iron pipes and fittings where retention requirements are specified.
The gaskets are traditional Dual Durometer construction, with embedded Stainless Steel teeth. This design eliminates the need for concrete thrust blocks or other restraining devices during installation, resulting in faster commissioning, and allowing the pipe to be pressurised immediately.
The pipe gasket polymer material conforms to AS1646, EN681-1, ASTM F-477 and other international standards, as well as AS4020:2018 and other international potable water standards.
All Gulf Rubber Pipe gaskets are SAI Global StandardsMarked to AS16-46-2007, under Licence SMKP 20133.
